There is limited, street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the middle school. (Please do not park in or block neighbors’ driveways.) There are also some available parking spaces in the school parking lot in the back of the school. The entrance to the school parking lot is on 5th St NE in between E and F Streets NE.
Pay to park:
Union Station Parking is conveniently located four, short blocks away. You may pay to park there Friday and Saturday for $13-$19/day.
Free Shuttle – Friday only:
On Friday evening, a Miljen’s Transportation, blue and white, 28 passenger, shuttle bus is providing transportation from Union Station’s front bus loop (where you can pick-up taxi’s or tour buses) to the front steps at Stuart-Hobson Middle School. Matthew, one of our volunteers, will be standing in front of the bus with a sign and balloons. If you cannot find the bus, please call him at 571-243-2564 and he’ll help you locate the bus. Please note that the shuttle is only running on Friday. On Saturday, you may park at Union Station and walk approximately four, short blocks to the middle school.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
DAUGHTERS (8th grade and older): Although we welcome your daughters of all ages, they must be fully registered to attend. Daughters from 8th to 12th grade must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
BYC KIDS: If you have not already pre-registered your child for childcare, then unfotunately we will not be able to provide childcare for you this year because our childcare is filled to capacity. Please email here with any questions.
TLC (deaf and hard of hearing, wheel chairs, special needs): If we can, we want to help make the conference possible for you! If you are a person with a disability and require special accommodation, please indicate so in the space provided in the registration form. American Sign Language Interpreters will be provided during the conference. Stuart-Hobson Middle School is wheelchair accessible.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CONFERENCE? Yourself! We also recommend bringing a Bible and notebook. Note: There will be resources available for purchase, so you may want to bring some spending cash. Come ready to laugh, relax and ready to be renewed!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Clothes! Plan to be comfortable as you attend the conference sessions and meet with friends. In DC, February temperatures can ranges from the low 20s to the upper 50s.
WHERE CAN I EAT? Your registration includes an after party reception on Friday and a yummy, mid-morning snack on Saturday. Click here to see some of your many lunch options within driving distance!
IS SEATING RESERVED OR GENERAL ADMISSION? All seats are General Admission. In order to sit together, please plan to arrive at the conference together.

IS THERE PARTIAL REGISTRATION SO I COULD JUST COME FOR PART OF IT? No, registration is for the full conference.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION? BY must receive written notice by January 25 in order to transfer a registration. Registrations may only be transferred once.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION? CAN I GET A REFUND? Unfortunately, all registrations are non-refundable.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE? Registration closes on Monday, February 22 at 5 PM.
WILL I RECEIVE A PAPER TICKET IN THE MAIL? There will be no paper tickets. We will have a database of all registrants when you check in.
CAN I REGISTER OFF-LINE? Our preference is that you register on-line, but for those chicks without access to a computer, they may download a form here and mail it in!
